The Days when YiYi was here... (Part 4)

Continued with our Washington DC trip.... All the museums were still closed the day after the heavy snow storm. We had no where to go so we decided to walk to Capitol Building to have a look. Look how deep the snow was. Someone told me there is a Reflection pond in front of Capitol Building, butwe couldn't tell if it's a pond or a lawn with the amount of snow covering the ground. It took us more than 2 hours to walk from Capitol Building to Washington monument. The kids did enjoy the walk coz they had so much fun with the snow. By the time we reached Washington monument, we were totally exhausted. We gave up going to the White House and Lincoln Memorial. See some pictures taken below :
